1. 배경

2023년, 경기도청 산하 기관은 조직 내 임직원 만족도를 진단하고 개선 방안을 마련하기 위해 전문 조사를 의뢰했습니다. 주요 조사 주제는 갑질, 을질, 성희롱 예방과 조직 문화 개선이었습니다.

Situation

In 2023, an agency under the Gyeonggi Provincial Government commissioned a professional study to assess employee satisfaction and identify improvement measures. Key topics included prevention of workplace abuse, power harassment, sexual harassment, and overall organizational culture enhancement.

2. 필요업무

현황을 객관적으로 파악하고, 주요 문제 영역별 개선 방향을 제시할 수 있는 실증적 조사 자료를 제공하는 것이 목표였습니다.

Task

The task was to provide evidence-based insights to objectively assess current conditions and recommend targeted improvements for each key issue area.

3. 인트라클리닉컨설팅 수행 내용

​전 직원 대상 설문조사를 실시하고, 표본을 선정해 1:1 심층 인터뷰를 진행했습니다. 응답 내용은 통계 분석과 질적 분석을 병행해 주요 원인과 개선 포인트를 도출했습니다.

We conducted an organization-wide survey and selected a representative sample for in-depth one-on-one interviews. Responses were analyzed using both statistical and qualitative methods to identify root causes and key improvement points.

4. 결과

조사 결과는 문제 유형별 현황과 원인을 정리한 보고서와 함께, 예방·대응 체계 구축 및 조직 문화 개선안을 포함해 제출되었습니다.

Result

The findings were delivered in a report summarizing current conditions and causes by issue type, along with recommendations for prevention, response systems, and organizational culture improvement.
