1. 배경

2023년, 기획재정부 산하 조달청은 국내 우수 중소기업들의 해외 공공조달 시장 진출 수요 증가에 대응하여, 미국, 영국, UN, 서호주 등 주요 조달기관 벤더 등록을 지원하는 사업을 추진했습니다.

Situation

In 2023, a Ministry of Economy and Finance–affiliated agency launched a project to support vendor registration with major procurement bodies in the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Nations, and Western Australia, in response to the growing demand from competitive Korean SMEs to enter overseas public procurement markets.

2. 필요업무

대상 기업의 적격성 검토부터 서류 준비, 각 조달기관의 요건 충족, 등록 절차 완료까지 전 과정을 지원하는 것이 목표였습니다.

Task

The task was to support the entire process—from eligibility review and document preparation to meeting each procurement body’s requirements and completing registration.

3. 인트라클리닉컨설팅 수행 내용

인트라클리닉컨설팅은 약 50개 내외의 선정 기업을 대상으로 사업 현황을 종합적으로 분석하고, 각 기업의 특성과 전략에 부합하는 해외 조달 벤더 등록을 체계적으로 지원하였습니다. 지원 범위에는 미국 SAM을 비롯하여 UNGM, 영국 및 서호주 조달시스템 등록과 D-U-N-S Number 발급이 포함되었습니다. 특히 미국 SAM의 경우 신규 등록뿐만 아니라 기존에 보유하던 UEI를 성공적으로 복구·활성화하여 고객사가 지속적으로 미국 연방 조달 시장에 참여할 수 있도록 하였습니다.

Action

IntraClinic Consulting conducted a comprehensive analysis of approximately 50 selected companies and systematically supported their registration with overseas procurement vendor systems tailored to each company’s characteristics and strategies. The scope of support included registrations in the U.S. SAM, UNGM, the United Kingdom, and Western Australia procurement systems, as well as the issuance of D-U-N-S Numbers. In particular, for the U.S. SAM, we not only completed new registrations but also successfully restored and reactivated existing UEIs, ensuring our clients’ continued eligibility to participate in the U.S. federal procurement market.

4. 결과

다수의 국내 기업이 해당 기관의 공식 벤더로 등록되었으며, 이를 통해 해외 조달 입찰 자격을 확보하고 글로벌 시장 진출 기반을 마련했습니다.

Result

Several Korean companies were successfully registered as official vendors, gaining eligibility for overseas procurement bidding and establishing a foundation for global market entry.ss.
