1. 배경

2022년, 한국 보건복지부 산하 공공기관은 MENA, 러시아, 아프리카 지역 15개국의 최신 보건부 비전·전략을 분석하여, 해당 지역에 진출하거나 사업을 전개하는 국내 보건 기업들의 시장 이해도 제고와 전략 수립을 지원하고자 했습니다.

Situation

In 2022, a Korean Ministry of Health and Welfare–affiliated agency analyzed the latest visions and strategic policies of ministries of health from 15 countries across the MENA, Russia, and Africa regions to support Korean healthcare companies in enhancing their market understanding and formulating

strategies for business development in these regions.

2. 필요업무

각국 보건부의 중·장기 보건 비전, 우선 정책 영역, 재정 투자 방향을 종합적으로 정리하고 비교하는 것이 목표였습니다.

Task

The task was to compile and compare the mid- to long-term health visions, priority policy areas, and financial investment directions of each country’s ministry of health.

3. 인트라클리닉컨설팅 수행 내용

15개국의 정부 발표 자료, 보건부 공식 전략 보고서, 국제기구 데이터베이스를 분석했습니다. 보건 인프라 확충, 감염병 대응, 디지털 헬스케어, 인력 양성 정책 등 핵심 주제를 중심으로 정리했습니다.

Action

We analyzed government releases, official strategic reports from ministries of health, and international organization databases, focusing on key themes such as healthcare infrastructure expansion, infectious disease response, digital healthcare, and workforce development.

4. 결과

분석 결과는 국가별 핵심 비전과 정책 프레임워크, 투자 계획을 표와 인포그래픽 형태로 보고하였으며, 기관의 국제 협력 및 국내 기업 지원 자료로 제출되었습니다.

Result

The findings summarized each country’s core vision, policy framework, and investment plans in tables and infographics, and were delivered as reference material for the agency’s international cooperation and domestic company support efforts.
